Proposal

Internal alterations to include installation of integrated sliding CosyGlazing to 5 sash windows.

Our Response

11 Grosvenor Place is listed at Grade I and is located within the World Heritage Site and the Bath-City wide conservation area.

The scheme is for secondary glazing (magnetic type) and draughtproofing, to windows which are timber sash, single glazed, six over six and with shutters.

The scheme will not harm the significance of any designated heritage assets and is a sensitive retrofit that should improve the thermal performance of the windows and therefore the building.
