Nos 6-11 Union Street are included on the National Heritage List for England at Grade II. List entry number: 1395427. The site is located within the Bath World Heritage Site(s) and the Bath city-wide conservation area.
It appears that the subject windows facing Parsonage Lane do not contribute to the significance of the listed building and therefore we have no concerns with the window alterations to install louvres for fresh air intake. This aspect of the scheme will not detract from the significance of the listed building or the conservation area or detract from the outstanding universal value of the World Heritage Site.
